Balance transfer

The functionality of «Balance transfer» allows the prepaid Beeline mobile network subscribers to transfer money from own balance to the balance of other Beeline subscriber, which can be a subscriber of:

- Prepaid system of Beeline mobile network
- Postpaid system of Beeline mobile network
- Postpaid system of Beeline fixed network

The phone number must be entered in 9- digit format: *0 + code + subscriber’s phone number*.

Example 1:

If the receiver is a subscriber of Beeline mobile network, the phone number must be entered in the following format: *145*091xxxxxx*amount#,

              *145*099xxxxxx*amount#

Example 2:

If the receiver is a subscriber of fixed network of Yerevan, the phone number must be entered in the following format: *145*010xxxxxx*amount#

Example 3:

If the receiver is a subscriber of fixed network of any other town or village (for example Zovuni village), the phone number must be entered in the following format:  *145*022452xxx*amount# 

Blocking of  «Balance transfer» functionality: *145*0000

For reactivation of «Balance transfer» обращайтесь в Call-центр by phone 0611 or to Customer Care Office of the Company.

Transfer cancellation in 1 minute starting from the moment of sending the request.

Cost for each transfer is 29 drams (including VAT).  The amount is charged from the balance of the payer.

You can make not more than 5 transfers per day to one and the same phone number.

Beeline subscriber can use the service only after making the first paid call up to 401 AMD(including VAT). 

In roaming the service is available only for receiving the amount.

The service «Balance transfer» is available for prepaid subscribers of «Beeline» mobile network, both private and legal entities.

It is important:
The subscriber bears the responsibility for incorrectness of entered data while using the service «Universal payment» (in particular, but not limited to incorrectly indicated phone number, incorrectly entered transfer amount).

«ArmenTel» CJSC does not bear any responsibility for transfers made as a result of subscribers’ mistakes.

Payment validity period

Do not worry about the payment validity period!

If in the past, when recharging your balance, the payment validity period was prolonged in accordance with the recharged amount, and every time you had to recharge your balance to use Beeline mobile communication services, now there are no time limits.

Payment (recharge) time limits were canceled on the 20th of February, 2014.

Now recharge your balance with any amount and use that amount for any Beeline mobile communication services without payment validity period limitation!

What will happen with the SIM card?

The SIM card will be active as long as your balance is positive (there is money on your balance).*

*You switch to the status of unilateral block (only incoming transactions available) only in case of zero or negative balance. If you do not recharge your balance for more than 90 days and in case of the absence of any transactions from the moment of switching to the status of unilateral block, your service provision contract shall be terminated (the card shall burn out).
